Privacy policy

This policy explains what Riverside Bio Clean (riversidebioclean.com) collects, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, the contact form and the phone number shown on the site.
What we collect
- Phone calls. The telephone system that routes calls to cleanup companies records the calling number, the time and length of the call, and the area it came from, so the call can reach a company that covers that area and so the call can be billed.
- The contact form. Your name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code, the type of cleanup and anything you write in the message box.
- Browsing. Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), kept by our hosting provider for security. Analytics data only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment details.
How we use it
To connect you with an independent cleanup company that serves your area, to pass your form details to that company so it can contact you, to keep records of calls for billing between us and those companies, to protect the site from abuse, and, with your consent, to understand which pages are useful.
Who receives it
The cleanup company your call or form is sent to, and the service providers that run our telephone routing, form delivery and hosting. Those providers may only use the data to provide their service to us. The cleanup company that receives your details has its own privacy practices.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, passing your details to a cleanup company in exchange for a referral fee may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can ask us not to do this, as described below. If you opt out, we cannot pass your form to a company, so please call instead or contact the company directly.
Cookies
Necessary: we store your cookie choice in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every page. This uses browser storage, not a tracking cookie, and it stays on your device.
Analytics (optional): if you select Accept, the site may load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. If you select Necessary only, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
Your rights as a California resident
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct it, and to stop selling or sharing it. We will not treat you differently for asking. Send your request to help@riversidebioclean.com with the phone number or email you used, so we can find your records. We will confirm receipt and respond within the time the law allows. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing for the browser that sends them.
How long we keep it
Call records and form submissions are kept for as long as needed for billing and dispute resolution with the cleanup companies, and then deleted. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard retention.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
